De spa is dagelijks geopend. Kinderen jonger dan 18 jaar oud worden zonder toezicht van volwassenen niet tot de spa toegelaten.
Deze accommodatie bevestigt dat er momenteel maatregelen worden genomen voor een extra grondige schoonmaak en de veiligheid van de gasten.
De accommodatie wordt schoongemaakt met desinfectiemiddel, veelgebruikte oppervlakken worden tussen verblijven in schoongemaakt met desinfectiemiddel en beddengoed en handdoeken worden op minimaal 60 °C gewassen.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of August/ beginning of Sept mid week The building & grounds are spectacular and the inside decor for was in good condition but the hotel seems to be trading off this and has no substance. We went for a relaxing staycation after the last 18 months and that was the last thing we got. Considering the high level of cleanliness that due to Covid we have all come to expect there were old contract lenses on the bathroom floor a very large black hair in the bath tub and hairs on the pillow. Having reported this housekeeping cleaned the room and was told the manager would contact me. In the three days we were there there were 2 wedding receptions per day and so from mid afternoon till midnight our suite which was directly above the entrance had the noise of pulsating base from the DJ and often screaming revellers. I mentioned this to the very helpful reception team who again assured me George the manager would make contact. Although the suite was lovely as a leisure guest a room not directly facing wedding receptions would of made more sense. The last straw was the £100 over charge by the bar when we came to check out, although resolved dud leave a great lasting impression

Overall lovely, the place is beautiful, disappointed with our room though for the price we paid, looked over tired & Dusty skirting boards & old stained toilet seat 😩 Had better rooms for a lot less Just be aware that drinks order at your table they do add 10% service charge automatically so if you want to avoid use the bar

We stayed for a wedding reception, I booked for 2 adults and 2 breakfasts, when checking in told I had only booked for 1 adult, but there was 2 breakfasts?? Stayed in room 168, There was brown stains in the bathtub it didn't look like it had been cleaned, and nearly fell off the toilet as it is not fixed to the floor properly, very loose

Hotel was excellent, lovely condition. Only faukt was the servic. It was my partners birthday and i had paid for a gold package which was champagne, chocolates and floers to be dekivered before 09:00, they did not turn up so i had to chase and the moment had gone. The only other occassion i asked for room service was for breakfast in the room on one morning, again it didnt turn up so i had to chase that also. Overall, disappointing room service.

The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character, the food is amazing and the staff in the restaurant are lovely. The room itself was disappointing - it had all the makings of being wonderful - spacious - but in actual fact it was not at the cleanliness level I would expect and it was very old fashioned. We paid for a superior room, but I failed to see what was superior about it, apart from the room being split level. The bathroom in particular was disappointing - really needs updating and cleaning properly. A treat night away in a spa hotel made me think of a lovely shower/bathroom!

The hotel is very big and beautiful. The room is clean and big. The hotel itself is prefect. But there is not enough staffs on site. Check-in and out wait for very long time. Calling for room service, SPA and reception never answer the phone and we will need to walk up to find people to help you. As you know the hotel is very big from my room to the reception need 10mins walk. They seem try very hard to be 4 and 5 star service but no all staff are on that level! When I booked a dinner in the restaurant, they asked me any allergies and I told them ‘ strawberry‘ and on our dessert all serviced with strawberries decoration! 😰. The SPA is small for this big size hotel! It cannot even cater all the clients are staying in the hotel. Treatment price are good but again is lack of staffs to provide service!

We had an amazing time at Tortworth Court. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay here.
