We had to request a different room. the one we were given first was FULL OF LADY BUGS; after telling the front desk, the clerk apparently knew it was an issue because he made the comment that another room next to it had to be closed off because of this issue. We got moved to a new room. We left and went on our train ride, grabbed food then came back for a quick swim in the pool. After swimming we returned to our and we could not get in. The night clerk made new keys, and it was still not working, so me, my daughter and 3 grandkids were standing Wet and Cold in the front lobby!!!! I was given the card for the manger to call, I was told the person was over 30 minutes away!! They did give us a room on the 3rd floor so that we would not be in the lobby!!! After over and hour and half we finally got into our room. The next day while getting ready for breakfast one of my other family members in another room came to our room and walked straight IN, SO IM GUESSING THEY DISABLED THE DOOR LOCK SO THAT WE COULD NOT GET LOCKED OUT!!!! MY FAMILY STAYED IN A ROOM ALL NIGHT THAT DID NOT LOCK!!! THANKFUL I LOCK THE EXTRA LOCK ON THE DOOR!!!!!!
