Everything in our room seemed to be perfect when we first arrived, absolutely loved the clean rooms. We soon noticed that the refrigerator was not turned on when we arrived. We had brought food & some medicine that needed to be refrigerated, so we turned it on. At that time we didn't realize only the freezer compartment worked, that took several days to figure out. Then the electricity in the bathroom went out, we went a night with no bathroom lights, before getting the electricity back on (breaker switch had flipped, which had happened in the past in our room). Then just a day later we had to have the repairman come look at our refrigerator. The repairman was awesome, he delivered a different refrigerator to our room within the hour. We did lose all the food we had put in the refrigerator along with some expensive medication that needed refrigeration.
I would love to give this establishment a high rating but just cannot get past our poor experience. We were told we would be compensated for the issues we encountered but were not. Also, we didn't have any wash clothes in the bathroom, nor hand towels. When I asked for these items & some clean towels, I was told I needed to bring the dirty towels, etc. to the front desk before I could get new.
As requested I took the dirty towels to the front desk so I could get what I needed. I did not realize that was the process. More information on that service would have been appreciated.
