My expectations with Hampton Inns have always been above average. This time I was disappointed! The 1st evening we were welcomed & greeted warmly. The 2nd evening, on our return to the hotel our room had not been touched, no housekeeping services were done. The hotel specified housekeeping would be done every other day. After a call was placed to the front desk, a very nice young lady brought up towels & washcloths. The same info was shared with the hotel, no return reply was received. For the cost of travel these days, again my expectations were definitely higher.

Everything was excellent. We had no issues. One thing I mentioned to the front desk men was a simple fix. I am disabled. Grab bars by the toilet and by the door in the shower would be beneficial.
