Functional and clean hotel without any flair. Paid parking is available right next to the hotel which is very convenient, but it's a walk of around 6-8 blocks to get to a point in downtown Omaha with restaurants.
I was woken up a couple of times by train horns, even though the train line is a fair way away from the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel, but is something to be aware of. There was also a strange set of exercise equipment in my room - foam rollers, yoga mat, that sort of thing. It's not for me, but perhaps someone else will find it useful.
