Lodge & park are amazing! Still awaiting reimburse
The lodge and surrounding areas were amazing, we had a blast there! The only thing that could be better is the service.
When we came to the lodge at around 10PM, I used the restroom for a number 2 and the toilet wouldn't flush, the water started rising and came to the rim of the bowl. I called to the front desk and they said they didn't have anyone on site to fix it but they had sent the security guard. The guard flushed the toilet again and all the nasty water + doodoo was now spread across the entire bathroom. They didn't have any other double queen room available so we'd had to make do. I requested some towels and a plunger. We cleaned and plunged for about 60mins and it was in an acceptable state (laid out towels in the entire bathroom to be able to use it).
After a complaint the next morning they said they'd reimburse me 25-30%. Now almost a month later and I still haven't heard anything from them. It would've felt nice if they had prioritised this so we would've felt heard a bit more after all that's happened.
