I called 45 minutes before check in and asked about the incidental fee and was informed by Chrissy I would not have to pay that since the room was paid for already and they would use the card on file since it was a digital card payment. GREAT!
When I checked in that was not the case, this is after Chrissy tried to find her glasses for 15 mins while cursing and leaving me standing at the front desk. I was then informed I had to use a different type of payment for the $25 incidental fee… I refreshed her memory about our phone conversation, not 45 minutes earlier. She then proceeded to tell me that that wasn’t her, and I said well on the phone you said your name was Chrissy and your name badge says Chrissy… she stated again that that was not her that I spoke to, after when I walked into the lobby told her my name she then said oh yes, I remember. I don’t know what was going on with her, but you may want to consider somebody else for your front desk.
