Horror private appartment
We, family with two children arrived just before Christmas, late in the evening.
Entrance was through dirty side door at the parking roof. It became obvious that this wasn't professional renting, despite us paying more than 300 Euro (=330 dollars) per night (for 6 nights we pre-paid via Expedia). This price was including a 75% discount, according to Expedia. So we expected a palace. The corrdidor was dirty and stunk. The bed linen was used, dirty yellow and with hairs. We left the place immediately the next day (Expedia did rebooking for us), and felt swindled. Now, Expedia is not forthcoming with restitution of the payment!!
Further complaints that we posted to Expedia (we have many photos as prove) include:
- Dirty floors, walls and doors
- Few towels, but those had holes and tears
‐ Kitchen was dirty.
‐ Bathroom was dirty with fungus
- Chairs were grotty and defect
- Sleeping room couldn't be made dark
- Public noisy laundry for the whole appartment block opposite our front door (starting washing machines early in morning)
- Side-door would only open when pushed forcefully
‐ Fridge didn't function
‐ No TV reception.
‐ Paid parking (was supposedly included)
