It was horrible . My room was freezing cold, the water wouldn’t get warm and no one could do anything to fix it.

Most of the staff was friendly, however, the cleaning wasn't as good as it should be. I noticed that the elevator wasn't clean as much as it should be (a mask and paper was on the floor for more then a day) and laundry and garbage was left in the hallway for several days. Also, bluetooth speakers in the bathroom is not a good idea. It ended up picking up someone else's music in another room so I had to deal with extremely loud and offensive music (cursing and killing lyrics). Called the front desk several times and no one was picking up the phone. The bed was comfortable.

This was my first visit to a Delta Property. As someone who travels extensively for business and pleasure, the Delta Hotel in Baltimore blew me away! They are second to none in everything one looks for in a Hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone for every occasion!

This was my first time booking a hotel. I booked for myself, my son and my son’s father to stay for two nights. I’m not sure if this hotel is just different from other hotels, but for starters, I’m not sure if there just isn’t a bellhop or they went home for the night (?) but no one helped with our bags— my son’s father did that himself. In regards to the room, I don’t even think they were ready to have anyone in the room we were given. No trash bags in the trash cans; one toilet paper; and I saw as we were cleaning and straightening up the room to leave, there was trash under the bed. We also didn’t have toothpaste or mouthwash like other hotels I’ve been to. This hotel could just be different from others, I’m not sure. But overall, I’d give our stay a 3/5. I would book again though.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. For the hotel to be a newer hotel I expected better conditions. The closet handle was broken and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. It was okay for 12 hour stay.

Couldn't get toilet paper, towels, etc. A manager came up to our floor on Valentine's Day and banged on everyones doors to "turn the music down" - we weren't listening to any music or even being loud. Staff was nice at check-in but that was about all of the basic kindness we received at our stay. The room was dingy, the shower didn't get hot...Will not be back here.

They Lady Lisa was rude. I made a name mistake on my reservation, she acted as if i was terriost or something. The room was nice overall.

My room Was infested with gnats i was moved to another room that also had gnats. My room had something sticky on the floor and my bathroom Was nasty. There seemed to be what appeared like blood on the ledge of my shower. The ice machines were broken. The extra blanket i asked for had something hard dried up on it. The refrigerator didn’t work i paid $50 for parking only to find a sign on my windshield telling me i needed to move my car out of a spot i paid for. there was a $150.00 hold on my card and i have not gotten my $100.00 back. I am highly disgusted and disappointed with my stay i ended up checking out at 9 am because i was that disgusted.
