The apartment is located in a quiet side street that is close to both the main train terminal and the Colosseum. There are plenty of restaurants, groceries stores, cafes and other small shops within walking distance.
The unit we stayed in is roomy and well equipped. There is a dining table and a lovely couch that doubled as a sofa bed. There is a kitchen with a good-sized fridge, microwave and stove. There is even a small washing machine which is super handy for the hot Rome summer.
We stayed in plenty of 4/5 stars hotels and this place beats all of them in term of cleanliness. I would hire their cleaner if I live in Rome. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere in the apartment. Shower glass and mirrors were spotless. Bedding and towels were clean and smelled fresh.
Above all was the host that we dealt with. Very responsive and super polite, even to our Canadian standard :-) He even sent us recommendations for restaurants and stores nearby, which was very helpful as there are so many of them.
Overall a very pleasant stay! Definitely recommended.
