Well overall. Not bad. With how expensive it was kinda expected the Waterpark to be included. Not having to spend an extra hundred plus dollars. I even had to pay for a band even though I wasn't going to swim. The hotel room had atleast thirty millipede's all over the floor had to sweep the floors before the kids could walk all over. And there was atleast thirty of the Asian beetles crawing all over the room woke up the last night there to one crawling on my forehead. Not a pleasant way to wake up again for how expensive and "highend" this places makes it out to be. I understand the pool was in a separate building but there should at least be a swimming area added to the waterpark as well & not just the lazy river. We had 4 kids, 2 special needs so we had to separate & go to 2 sperate buildings for them to just swim.

Disappointed the indoor pool was closed
We went because we wanted to go to the indoor pools. When we arrived they told us there were closed. It was why we went and it was long drive to go back home. Too late to cancel. Maybe should have offer me a discount or something and the restaurant on site were closed. Had travel far to eat at restaurant.

I specifically called to find out if indoor pool would be open. I was told the indoor pool and water park were open. Our whole trip was to give kids pool time. When we arrived both pools were closed. The water park was seasonal, so I understand. However, the other indoor pool was closed to paint it and they didn't mention that when I specifically asked. The floors in the bathrooms were dirty and the Jacuzzi tub was dirty. Loved the two room suite design and I loved the balcony.

This was my second stay at the resort. It's beautiful here. I can't wait to come back. There's always going to be something that disappoints but we work around it. The indoor pool was down for maintenance. Oh well. We'll get in next time.

Family fun weekend
Worked out great as a family celebration weekend. Each individual family had its own unit but we were all close enough to party together. Fun family time playing miniature golf, life size chess, tennis and swimming. Really had fun together at the near by Pirate’s Cay water park. Should have called ahead to be sure our units were closer together-we we’re on three different sections of the property but small detail.

Nice spacious room (2-bedroom suite), lots of amenities at the park but a bit cumbersome to use. Water park was great for 4-year-old. A bit noisy at night, the price is right. Only real complaint is no onsite restaurant, have to drive a good distance.
