NEVER AGAIN!
First to start we couldn’t get a bottom floor, even after letting the front desk know we were handicap. The room was less than I expected by far, the floors squeak… and you can hear the neighbors floors as well. The toilet is facing right into a wall, so we had to sit side ways. The showers were so gross with mold and hard water stains so we didn’t even get a shower. The beds had dirt on them and the comforter had blood. We had nowhere else to stay so we had to go buy our own bedding for the night. To use the hot springs tubs is almost impossible as you have to wait like 30 mins after someone else fills their tub. The towels in the room were stiff and very clearly from the 80-90s. I will never stay here again, i’m disappointed there was no pictures to go off only what the business post which are not what the rooms look like to date.
