Spotless exceptional hotel
This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. Spotless room and bathroom, and the most exceptional service from the employees at the front desk. Truly loved my stay here. I have never received friendlier service! And the location is perfection.

Good hotel in center of everything
Zack was the best! Offered suggestion for dinner and was fantastic! Very helpful throughout my stay. Only odd thing was toilet was located in other area of room from sink and shower. No shelf for shampoo etc in shower. Drinking Glasses were sitting upside down directly on sink. No parking at hotel. Have to walk approx 3-5 mins with your luggage to get here.

Walking Distance to all things Salem!
Room was cute, but tight. Great use of space, but small. The location was right in the middle of all things Salem, easy walk to everywhere. Be aware, no parking near the hotel and you will need to walk from a parking deck with your bags.

It was a nice place. The entrance through a cafe was a bit different and no parking was also. Make sure you pack light and be prepared to walk a bit with your luggage. There is parking close by, the rooms were amazing and the staff was amazing! You are right in the heart of Essex street and easy walking distance to just about everything.

The location was right in the heart of everything Salem and we walked everywhere. The staff was delightful. The room itself could use some updating and the curtains were broken.

In town boutique hotel
Clean boutique hotel. Room clean and styled nice. But small. Hotel roof top bar nice. Hotel advertises parking available, but note that parking is not on site..it is either street or public lot/garage. Parking made check in and out a bit inconvenient.

We were in Salem for a family wedding. The Hotel is on a walking street and closest parking (meter) is a block away. We didn't know this when we booked. We had good weather but moving bags to the hotel and back to the car could have been a problem in the rain as would have been walking to the car in our wedding attire. Other than that, the Hotel was a good place to explore Salem.

The hotel was nice i did not like the barn doors on the bathroom tho. The area was decent but there were homless people sleeping right outside and since the hotel has no onsight parking leaving at 4am with your wife and child walking past them was a bit nerve racking for them. Over all not bad but salem is not what i thought and will never be back

The staff here are amazing, and the location is perfect for visiting all the sights. Our loft-style king room was the highlight for my daughter. This will be the hotel for us, every time we visit Salem!

6/10 Good

My room overlooked the back alley and I had to keep the shades closed because there were beggars out there and empty booze bottles and trash seemingly every day. The TV did not rotate so I had to watch everything on the bed. It took over 10 minutes to get hot water each day. I did mention this on the first day to the covering management made a note of it. I really don’t think that this room should be offered to clients.
