We were surprised to find that we had to climb three flights of stairs to get to our rooms. There is an elevator, but the check in girl told us it was for luggage only. Two of the four of us have leg issues, so this was a real struggle for us. After a couple days, we saw a lady using that tiny luggage elevator, so we started using it, too! Would’ve been nice to know from the beginning. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, but bathroom setups were challenging in both rooms. One shower was so tiny if you turned around, your rear end turned off the water, and you couldn’t raise your arms to wash your hair with the door closed. The other bathroom has a garden tub and a handheld shower nozzle. Also tough to wash hair. But, for a cute little authentic Italian place within walking distance to so much, we did enjoy our stay, and would recommend. It would’ve just been nice to know some of these things in advance. The staff was superb!
