My husband and I recently celebrated our one-year anniversary there. Expecting a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by subpar service at the pool. Upon arrival, the front office staff exceeded expectations with their warmth and professionalism. However l, the pool service fell short. After settling in, we waited patiently for a waiter to take our order. Despite multiple passes, the young waiter ignored us prioritizing other couples. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he was busy. However after an hour and half, he finally appeared, only to ignore us again. We then saw another young man fixing the towels and asked him if we could order food and drinks and he was very nice and said yes, let we go get the waiter. He took some time to come back only to inform us that that if we wanted food or drinks we would have to go and order them ourselves at the bar. The waiter’s shift is over. I was speechless. This experience was so disappointing because the waiter had multiple opportunities to communicate his impending departure. This encounter left a sour taste, making us reconsider returning to Sands. With better communication and customer service, this establishment could excel. We hope management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive consistent Quality service. Mr and Mrs Valles
