We had a very late (3am) check-in due to a delayed flight, which worked out for the best, as we avoided the dreaded Vegas check-in queues. However, apart from that, the reception staff seemed incapable of understanding the most basic of questions, like confirming our type of rooms.
The room was huge, with 2 queen-sized beds, but unfortunately a bit outdated. The AC, while capable of heating the room, was loud and noisy.
Regarding cleanliness, on first arrival the room was fine, but the bathroom floor needed to be vacuumed and the toilet cleaned. These problems have been sorted out on the next day.
Room 1429 had an amazing view overlooking The High Roller and The Sphere.
Another problem was regarding parking. We rented a car on our last day and were informed that for hotel guests parking fees are reduced. However, the hotel staff seemed to do everything possible to deny us that reduced fee. We tried paying for the parking on 3 occasions. The first attempt failed because the receptionist wouldn't let me speak as he accused me of cutting the line, even though I asked for permission from the people waiting in line, so I had to pay the parking in full at the machine. The second attempt was at 3 am on the same night, during which I was accused of not staying in the hotel, even though I showed my room card and all passports were already in the system. Only the last attempt, at check-out, was successful, but even then they initially tried to make us pay for 2 days instead of 1.
