Quiet and cozy
Comfortable room with strong AC. Beautiful architecture. Family run and the family is so friendly! Easy check in/ check out. Room had 5L bottled water for drinking. Oxxo market right across the street and beach access right across the street. Tranquil environment and very quiet at night. Would stay again!!

I’ve never stayed anywhere with more hospitality. We were greeted by the owner who walked us through all we needed to know and set us up with a group chat for communication. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. Including help with making reservations during the week, dining recommendations, and things to do. The grounds were impeccable and so quiet and relaxing. It truly felt like a hidden paradise. An excellent option if you want more than the all-inclusive experiences across the street. We were glad we chose to experience Cancún with this truly authentic experience. Beach, ferry to Isla Mujeres, convenience store, a great restaurant (Krudos), bus stop, boating, all within walking distance. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the lagoon and it was amazing. Constant communication and well wishes from the owners made this a stay to remember.

We are so lucky that we choose to stay in this wonderful place during our stay in Cancun. The location , the staffs , the rooms, the views are all beyond our expectations. We stayed in one bedroom apartment with lagoon view. It’s a breathtaking view, the pool, the palm trees and sound of the birds make your stay very relaxing. Thanks a lot to all the staff and also to Mrs. Chris that we have chance to talk on the day of our departure. She provided us with a very interesting information about her place . One thing I would like also to mention is the bus station that is only 3 minutes walk from the hotel and we used it for most of our trips.

The nickname for this hotel is "a Hidden Gem" and I have to agree. My gf and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and I enjoyed the hotel....it was quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette (stove, small fridge, microwave, etc.) which was very convenient. Also, when we arrived it had a huge bottle of potable water in a dispenser which was great and we drank it all over the 2 weeks. The hotel is in a decent location...there's a oxxo convenience store, pharmacy, and currency exchange on the same side of Kulkulcan (sp??) Blvd. . On the other side of the street is Playa Tortugas and a ferry to Isla De Mujeres. There are three restaurants within walking distance...Krudo Bar & Grill and a couple restaurants across the street at Playa Tortugas (Bonanza Restaurant & Playa Tortugas Restaurant). If you go to Cancun and do not want to stay in a huge, noisy all-inclusive hotel this is the place to stay...

They gave us a room where the windows were blocked for a huge wall. In case of an emergency there was no way you could escape from the windows. That is really a hazard. We got changed to the top floor of the building with a nice room but not elevator. It seems the elevator has been broken for a while and they do not repair it. There is an excellent lady that works at front desk, Elvira, very helpful.

Unique family owned property with a pool overlooking the lagoon. Staff was really nice and helpful. They just opened their rooftop cafe and bar with a wonderful view. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and fridge. Architecture, design and art of the building is amazing. Across the street is the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Small shop for basic groceries is close, larger grocery store is further away. We truly enjoyed our stay.
