Not a 10 but good place to stay
On average very good hotel with in mine opinion 2 things what need improvement. First the breakfast. Quality very good but chaotic for getting your eggs done. Need to fill in a coupon and 3 out of 6 times breakfast coupon missing and they act they just found it. Not very professional for a 5 star hotel. Also many empty things. Not refilled. First 4 days i asked for refill. They say yes but do no. For exemple the frenech brie cheese always empty. Second the pool. Pool area is amazing but the way they do the towels is very strange. You need to fill in name room number and time to check inn and get towels but after the pool no need to check out. As there is no staff at the pool. Lot of guest leaving pool and towels still there for the whole day. You do not know sunbed is available or not. Why not put 2 towels in each room for pool. After pool you bring the towels to delivery point and they supply new towels to use next day. So people who let the towels at pool do not have new towels next day. For sure no towels left anymore at the pool. I will come back next year and hope for improvement. If not then i will look for another hotel the time after.
