its a nice and big hotel, the room (junior suite) was very spacious, a lot bigger than expected. the bathroom is big as well with 2 sinks, toilet and shower. the tv is not a smart tv, which was a bit disappointing. i'd recommend bringing your own Google tv stick from home.
the food in the main restaurant was of basic quality, the bread was often too hard to eat, a lot of buffet food was dry on top and didnt look fresh anymore. i expected better quality.
the a la carte restaurants are to be booked with the application or via guest services, its best to book these when you arive otherwise you probably won't get a booking.
the snack restaurant by the kids pool is open during the day with good snacks and drinks.
a big negative point is the exterior around the pools, i noticed a lot of broken tiles and loose pieces, which can cause injuries and decorations around the pools could use some cleaning as well (rust stains, dirty floors,..)
the staff is very friendly and communication in English went fluent, which surprised me a bit, although its obvious the hotel is focused on uk visitors
