We had booked four rooms for ourselves and three other couples that were all boarding a cruise the following day. In Saturday the 7th we all met up in the lobby to check in and start our vacation. On our return, we had been billed for six rooms, then credited for one. This leaves five rooms charged??? It is now the 22nd and still no response from the front desk (who couldn’t figure it out and asked to call us back in 30 minutes, a week ago) or by billing who also said they would respond within 48 hours, four days ago. I wouldn’t think it would be that hard. There were four charges on the 10th and one on the 8th. There were only four rooms (209,309,409&601) for one night (7th of December). We will be disputing the charge on our credit card. It’s concerning in the fact that even after pointing out an extra night’s charge, they still can’t or won’t figure it out.
