I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever.
We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway.
There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise.
I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise.
I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during the whole night.
And when you tell about your complaint at the front desk and in a e-mail, you expect that they can do something to compensate the bad night. But the front desk could only compensate us the $39 resort fee. On a total of $355,- I know you could do much better on this. Hope you understand us in this matter, and keep your quality, service and after sales on a high level for the future. In that case people will come back.
