On the good side, fast roomservice, babybed available, rooftop pool is a bit small but the view is nice
However, elevators are slow, which means waiting.
And worst of al, we got a call at checkout time, someone from reception asking for a credit card number because his collegue didnt write it down correctly! We didnt give any number and immediatly realized this was a scam.
At reception there is a message about this and to not to give your credit card number by phone. At check-in I missed this note which seems to be important to at least mention to guests checking in.
Due to the specific phone call we can say with certaincy that this was done within the hotel, meaning by a staff member of employee.
Now reading back, I see reviews from 2015 with the same credit card phone scam. In other words there has been nothing done to protect the guests.
After this incident you feel suspicious towards all staff members, the secure feeling you need to have as client is lost.
