The venue in Sonoma was perfect - next door to hiking trails and eating options on Sonoma square. Our Luna bungalow had a private patio and there was a beautiful larger patio area around the corner nicely landscaped with a water fountain frequented by a humming bird. We spent 4 nights there, Thu - Sun, and there was construction going on that apparently will continue through Feb 2021. The construction was supposed to stop on the weekend; however there was a miscommunication and it continued on into Saturday. The manger did comp us one night for the inconvenience.
There is no manager onsite, which was a problem for us because instructions as to how to open the front gate and how to access our Bungalow were sent to the wrong email address.Fortunately, that was quickly resolved.
Inside the bungalow, the night lantern had old batteries that did not work and the instructions on how to use the Netflix option were incorrect. The manger came over Friday morning, talked to her tech person, and resolved that problem for us. One evening we ran out of hot water because the pilot lite for our unit went out - we emailed the manager. She did not respond so I called her the next morning and she then did get the problem resolved.
So, in summary, the venue is beautiful but we give our stay a mixed review.
