DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked in night one and noticed cockroaches. Turns out there was a substantial infestation, and upon contacting WeHost we were told we’d have to call back the next day since the manager was off duty and there was nothing they could do.
We called back the next day, only to be told the manager left at 5pm and since we were attending a business conference we were not able to call until 7. Then, Expedia would not help since we “didn’t contact them within 12 hrs of checking in” (they told us to contact the management group the first night).
The unit was dirty and poorly maintained. Beds were “cleaned” by spraying freebeze UNDER the main blankets so heavily it soaked through the mattress for all 3 beds, which led me to developing hives and chemical burns even after washing the sheets and putting on a new set.
Ac is turned off building wide in early November and the heat was on, so we were hot all night since leaving the window open meant the old
Style blinds clacked together noisily all night long (they also fell off it you touch them at all).
Simply put, aside from the fact that yes, it is a large apartment, IT IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS AND NOT VIABLE TO BE OCCUPIED BY HEALTH STANDARDS.
When we finally reached the owner, he was very rude and told us we could leave that night and receive a refund, but no support with anywhere to go, and everywhere else was booked. He also openly admitted to roach problems through his properties due to construction.
