Although I still would recommend this hotel, my last experience in 2022 was much better than this time. This time the staff seemed less friendly and helpful than before. Upon arrival, the bathroom/bath tub was not cleaned and really dirty. It took them about 40 minutes to send someone to clean it for me. Also ice vending machine was not working which was solved by beverage credits after several calls.
The rooms are spacious and get cleaned everyday which is good. The cleaning staff are very friendly!
There are less bathroom accessories than before. According to the cleaning lady, it is because of budget cut due to MGM takeover.
Glad they still offer a personal fridge in the room!
