Check in was fine. After unpacking, about ten minutes we noticed that there was no remote for the TV. Went to the hotelier he was sorry, said that he was sorry asked if we really looked around. Came to our room, with a remote that would not work the TV but would change the channels. TV was too loud so we were unable to watch it as it was late.
The next morning we went to the “lite breakfast which consisted of Eggo- Waffles individually wrapped, which the Hotelier mistress told us were amazing
Later after we returned to our room to do some work and get ready to leave, I thought to ask if we could get an hour or hour and a half late check. The mistress said no way without a late fee. I was stunned. I said you are joking, she said no. She said that after all the free things she gave us we would have to pay. I said that is horrible customer service and she yelled at me that I was a horrible and that I needed to leave. My wife heard her from all the way across the parking lot.
Later I we r back to get some cold water and she told me to leave since her custom was so bad. We are stunned.
Oh, yah when returned to our room after breakfast, remarkable the TV remote was sitting on the cabinet. Not a word said. Twilight Zone.
