The hotel is very nicely situated with perfect walking distance to everything. The room was quiet and nice. Most of the staff were very kind and friendly, however, the man checking us in was rude, unhelpful and made it seem as if we were a nuisance. It's a shame to have to write, because the rest of the staff were very nice, but truly, I've never before been met with such behaviour from staff at a hotel, anywhere in the world.

On first inspection of room, was clean and tidy but unfortunately a couple days in, noticed blood on the sheets, then had numerous bites on me and my husband from bed bugs. I did not expect this from a superior room and the price I paid as it was quite expensive, this has spoilt our stay, which is a shame as we had such a lovely time so far, glad to be home now in our bed but still very itchy.
