Rave Party Next Door
On the second night of our stay the beach club next door threw a Rave party that lasted from midnight to 7am. The music was so loud it felt like it was shaking the hotel. We called the desk at 3am and they said they called the police but nothing could be done. The next day in the lobby there were many upset guests and the hotel line was that they were "speaking to management" about it. After we spoke to some guests and other hotel employees, it was clear the hotel knew this rave was happening. The stage for the rave was the size you see at a full blown concert. They should have warned guests. I honestly would have found 1 night of accommodations for my family but that is impossible to do at 2am. If there was truly nothing they could do about the Rave then they should've been prepared for some type of compensation for the guests effected. After many conversations over a couple of days, and no "upper management " to be found they finally gave in and gave us a cabana by the pool for one day. The majority of staff are nice here but the front desk is lacking in customer service.
