More then bad service. The first day we came back to the hotel and the bed was not made up, there were no fresh towels and there was no new water. When we complained about this, we were told by a very impolite desk employee that this was the normal way in the hotel. If you needed a made up bed or new towels you had to ask for. Which is off course nonsens. The way the conversation went was really bad. It was a very bad experience. They should not allow these kind of employees work in a hotel.
