Coco Tulum is an amazing property. Located fairly close to the beginning of the Zona Hotelera so you do not have to deal with driving too far. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean which was just steps away from the room. The room itself was nice but a bit small. Our room had the private bathroom which was also nice. There were a couple of times that the power went out when the winds were strong but it never lasted longer than 15 minutes. Only issue is the WiFi went out for two days but that was not a big deal. The staff were very friendly always making sure that our stay was pleasant. The small restaurant on site, Juanita Diavola, had 4 options for breakfast but their smoothies and pizzas were the best part of the menu. Overall we had great stay at Coco Tulum and I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Service. I am in love with the vibe of this place, is just pure magic. Ivan was really kind and attentive to us. Defiantly Coming back to this magical hotel.

Our trip was AMAZING! Mostly because of our hotel stay at Coco Tulum. Our room was right on the beach, the free breakfast was amazing each morning, and the front desk service was super helpful with recommendations and scooter rentals. Will be coming back! Thank you!

Relaxing, comfortable and nice staff.
Our second stay at Coco Limited. Considering all that has been going on it was a wonderful escape. Staff was super nice and attentive despite things winding down in Tulum. We hope to be back sometime soon.

AMAZING STAY!
Staying here was THE BEST DECISION IVE MADE. 1. We stayed as a couple for our 5-yr anniversary 2. We had room #5, which was a small cabana on the beach... literally on the beach 3. You had 100% privacy if you wanted to by closing the curtains, or you could watch the sunset and sunrise from your bed with the curtains open 4. service at the beach was like no other.. Alejandro and Manuel were great with us all weekend 5. the lady at the front desk, Vivi, was great with recommending nice spots for us to hang out. 6. The location was PERFECTION!! Literally in the Zona Hotelera where all the cool hotels are, and you have plenty of bars/clubs walking distance. 7. Food at the restaurant and the beach was DELICIOUS!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough! Can't wait to go back to Tulum to stay here. If you're hesitating if you should book here or not, just make sure you get the beachfront cabana and you will NOT be dissapointed.
