El personal de recepción está mal capacitado, a mi llegada jamás me comentaron que mi habitación tendría 2 camas en vez de 1 como lo solicité al reservar. Fue muuuuuy tardado el proceso de registro al hotel. La habitaciones requieren de mantenimiento y el pecoso de salida también es un tacto engorroso. Más aún no aplican con facilidad el descuento del 20% en bebidas que te ofrecen a la llegada

Not what I expected.
I reserved a king bed and got there early to make sure I had the request fulfilled Meanwhile I noticed and confirmed with staff that hotel was only at 30% occupancy so I was sure our request was a certainty but as we checked in we were denied that option. Very disappointed

Nice property but we were expecting more of a resort feel where this property is a nice hotel. Food was not our favorite. Went offsite for a dinner to get a good meal. Buffet had the best food over the restaurants, in our opinion. We did enjoy there was activities and a night life.

Thankful for the best customer service. Oscar was very pleasant and super helpful always smiling and willing to help made sure I was okay in all situations. My husband got really sick and had a Dr. that’s in the resort come to the room and made sure my husband had the best medical advice. Overall it was a nice and scary experience. The staff get 10 for great customer service. It’s overrated and the food was okay. No coronas beers and no French fries for room service and the pool was packed with people. If you are going to relax it’s too noisy this is not the place to relax. If u want a great place to relax it’s best to visit Sandos Cancun

It was a decent place, but the upkeep wasn't the best. We had issues with the toilet in our room twice and the last time I had to get out of pocket in order for them to change our rooms. Their restaurants were closed 1 night and the other nights you had to make reservations that we didn't know about. I loved the outside, which was right on the beach with the pretty clear, green and blue water LOL. The outside restaurant "Munchies" was the best and they kept the drinks coming. I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone to quick either.
