Irresponsible service
Breakfast is a payable option at Hotels.com, and I paid for 3 nights breakfast during booking. However, at the hotel, I was told it doesn't provide breakfast. After discussing with their central service desk, I was told that the paid breakfast fee can be reimbursed at the hotel reception. However, on the second morning, I was offered a breakfast as in the photo, with one small bread with cream and one slice of ham, one small bottle of fresh juice and one coffee. That's it, my quite expensive breakfast! And the missed first night breakfast was exchanged with a very brief cleaning service on the 2nd day, which includes ONLY a kind of organizing of the bedding.
During this process, I'm not satisfied with Hotels.com either. There is no way to talk directly to Hotels.com, but only a phone number of the hotel. I need Hotels.com to intervene to solve this problem, but I can find nobody from the team. This is not a proper service either.
