Not so great.
We stayed at the Mansion for 2 nights. The pool was ice cold the entire stay, we were told the heater was broken. In the future we will never stay in room 106 again, it is right next to the public restrooms that are open to the public until 8 pm. Which is very noisy and annoying because of all the people. The TV in the room worked the first night but the second night it did not work. The staff gave us $87 dollars off of our 2 night stay, which was $1200. We won’t be going back to this hotel, as there are several others to choose from in the Keys.

Really loved this hotel. The room was quaint but beautiful and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and everything worked as expected. The staff were very nice and easy to deal with. Rich in history.
An absolutely amazing stay. The hotel manager greeted us by name and took care of every detail, including getting us a table at their amazing cafe.
