The hotel was not only outdated but also its existing aging facilities were poorly maintained, The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly with a rude attitude toward guests, which we sensed from the first few words we exchanged with her upon our arrivals, There were simply no breads presented for their skimpy breakfasts, and if the guests want some, they have to ask the same receptionist who is also handeling breakfast. At our first breakfast time, my partner asked her for bread, to which she responded that she had already given the bread for our table! But she eventually and unwillingly handed two pieces. On our second and last morning, I asked ‘’where can I find some bread?’’ but she refused to give us bread at all because I did not mentioned the word “please”. She simply told us “you will not get any bread if I don’t say “please ”. It is incomprehensible that we, in our 50ties, were punished and treated like a child and received no bread in a hotel that charged like three starts hotel. We also explicitly asked before leaving the hotel on the first day to “please” send out a maid to clean up our room, but they did not take our words seriously and the room remained unvacuumed and unclean without making up the bed etc.
