Coming in to a two-night stay, we knew about the stairs and small rooms from reading other reviews, so I'm not going to complain about that. What I am going to complain about is, on the morning of the second day, the hot water of the building was shut off due to construction. No advance warning. We were not able to shower on the second day, or the morning of our departure. This should be considered a basic necessity that all hotels should provide.
They posted a sign to everyone's doors 4hrs after the water was turned off
I am working on getting a partial refund for the inconvenience from the hotel or Hotels.com, but am not optimistic that it will happen
