'Overall not on par with the general double tree brand. Uninspiring (both the room and front desk experience). Housekeeping were great and friendly, rooms are well maintained. Sadly that did not apply to front desk staff. Especially, the lady working Saturday night was very rude (even for NY standards) - I would encourage management to provide her some training in hospitality. Would not chose this hotel again. Elevator speed and waiting times another area to improve.

The hotel has the sweetest staff and they will assist with any question/request!
The older rooms are a bit outdated but still very clean! The renovated rooms are absolutely perfect and the suites are HUGE!
The fact that they don’t serve breakfast is not an issue whatsoever as there are many breakfast options across, next or within 1min walking distance.
The street is carfree but it is still Broadway, you can’t really expect a soundproof room. It didnt bother...
