I would like to bring to your urgent attention my total dissatifaction and bad experience i had during my stay at your hotel over the weekend.
I spoke to a lady in the evening of 4th May 2025 who checked me in about the case and she told me the previous customers must have been the ones.
I informed her the room was a having a strong very bad smell of being smoked in!!!!!
She acknowledged it and said they would send a team with a special machine to make sure the smell is removed. I informed her i came for holiday and am not happy by this and now i had to leave the room due to the bad smell and went and stayed out longer to avoid it.
On Sunday afternoon i asked her to please send a team and that the smell is sooooo bad while i was again moving out.
To my suprise when i came back that night on sunday. It was still there. I had to try to sleep with the windows open, with alot of discomfort totally not happy!!!!!!!!!
In the end i could not sleep. I was having a very unpleasant smell with in the room and bed!!!!
While doing the check out i raised my concern and the gentleman at the desk told me he coul not do anything but also told me the girl had not left any info on the handover about this case! This is not good customer care and service plus follow up!!!
