Quick place to rest and move on
I will give one big positive to this hotel. They allowed us to check in early from a cruise in which we needed desperately since our kiddo was sick. The rooms were very spacious for our family of 6 no complaints there and it was very clean. But things were falling apart in the rooms the shower handle was moving around, the water pressure was very low so it took a long time to shower and there was no body wash in the shower. Those are my only complaints.

Not cleaned
Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. We arrived late in the evening due to an issue with our rental car and since we were traveling as a family my baby was exhausted so we just stayed for the evening. Home2 has definitely gone down hill. They aren’t as clean as they used to be. Breakfast was disgusting and very few options to choose from. Overall, this experience was not good and will be our last time staying at a Home2.

Disgusting.
Disgusting - we opened the door to the room and as soon as we entered we found a clogged, unflushed toilet. See photo. I nearly vomited and the cleaning staff working on the room opposite told us the room wasn’t supposed to be allocated. Also the “shuttle” is only available for a very limited period 6:00-10:00 am, so no use if you want a lift from the airport. Worst experience in 4 years and over 100 stays on Hotels.com Stay somewhere else.

Everything was wonderful! Staff was very friendly. Check in and out process was a breeze. Rooms were clean and well stocked. My only complaint would be that the pillows aren't great but that's a small inconvenience that did not disrupt our stay. The staff provided extras upon request immediately.
