I don’t usually write reviews, but this time it’s a bit different.. We arrived in the evening and pulled into the parking garage, went to the lobby to check in only to find out there was a fee to park there even though we already had paid over $300 for one night.
After that they proceeded to tell us we would be charged a $25 amenity fee per day whether we used the amenities or not. The kids were also excited to use the pool which was closed due to post hurricane damage. They had another hotel with a pool, but you had to cross the street and that wasn’t very feasible with kids.
Our room was average for the price, the bathroom drain wouldn’t drain, there was facial hair in sink, and someone’s hair was smeared on the shower wall.
I wasn’t impressed for the price and all the hidden fees they throw at you once you're there.
